Meet Megan

Megan DeLong is a Truckee-based Realtor® with Compass, specializing in guiding  out-of-area clients through the nuances of purchasing and selling second  homes/investment properties in the dynamic Truckee/ North Lake Tahoe  market. 

With  a background on top-producing teams in San Diego and the North Lake  Tahoe region—representing over $100M in annual sales and ranking among  the top 1% locally—Megan delivers a seamless experience for buyers and  sellers navigating a complex market. Her foundation in mortgage lending  and certification as a CA Transaction Coordinator provide clients with a  comprehensive understanding of contracts, financing, and the full scope  of a transaction. She understands local property dynamics and has  relationships with trusted local contractors, providing value during the  transaction and beyond closing. 

Outside  of real estate, Megan lives at Donner Lake and enjoys snowboarding,  kayaking, hiking, and taking her 1970 Chevelle Malibu out for a cruise  around the Lake - and loves to share her local knowledge and passions  with her clients!
